Update documentation for local setup of biojs.net webpage

Recently a new grunt task has been added to compile all .scss in our github repo to one .css file on heroku after a new build of the site. Therefore developers do not need to check in their css files anymore when contributing to the website stylings.

Please update repo README to reflect these changes.
