[feature] bitbox console history

Would be awesome to have history in REPL so you can hit up arrow and see previous commands you've run

Just for clarity this is

1. run bitbox console
2. run some commands
3. Close console
4. Open bitbox console again
5. Would like to be able to cycle through previous history
