Log a line when plugin triggered #186
Description
On plugin trigger (i.e. when the presenter hits the special button OR on load if the plugin is autotriggered) log (not just console.log but a logger log) a line in the client.
Improved versions are welcome but the baseline would be something like
BigBlueButton plugin <name> triggered by <userid> in <meetingid>
The idea behind it is to be able to see some usage metrics over time, or to help with investigating/interpreting issues.
