feat: setup sendgrid emailing via template

When a pipeline run concludes, a user should receive an email that provides a status of the pipeline run. This means the run pipeline model must accept an email field and format the data to be emailed out.

Information to be emailed:

• Success/Failure
• Run pipeline MongoDB entry metadata (TBD)

• [1] When creating a thread from the main execution thread, the function passed for the thread to execute cannot be asynchronous directly. We need to create synchronous wrapper function to start an asyncio event loop in a new thread which then runs the function in the new event loop. The event loop keeps running until the async execute_pipeline method completes which subsequently closes the event loop and then terminates the thread.

• [2] Inside the save_run_entry function in the RunPipeline class, when referencing the database to query, we need to create a new database object as the one referenced inside this method was created in the main thread and Async libraries like asyncio and motor (the async MongoDB driver) bind their connections and operations to the specific event loop where they were created. You cannot simply pass a database connection object created in Thread A to be used by the event loop in Thread B.
