feat: pipeline quality checks post run #28
Description
Once a pipeline run has concluded and an RDS file has been created we want to include various checks to be able to detect various quality issues. This may be only possible for certain dataset types as structure various significantly across different dataset types. The key dataset type would be PharmacoSets as this is a consistent structure.
Quality Check Includes:
- General structure and format is correct for data type
- Ensuring annotations are present (oncotree, gencode, etc)
