docs: dead link in readme

Hi, thanks for your work !

The Performance section of the README contains a link to https://jsperf.com/bezoerb-text-metrics , which at time of writing 410s because the deploymenet was disabled.

Is there an up to date link ? I couldn't find anything on the Wayback Machine

thanks for reporting and please excuse my unsatisfying answer.
Unfortunately, I don't have an up to date link or the sources for performance test itself anymore.

No worries, thanks for the reply ! At this time jsperf.com seems unlikely to come back online. The alternative doesn't index this package.

You might want to remove the link from the readme. You can close this issue.
