Broadlink Capture IR

Im trying to open a connection with a Broadlink RM4, and i cant open a connection...I went into the Hardware tab, then Global Caché to add the IP of the Broadlink, as well as the Girs tab, with no luck.

Is it possible to use an RM4 to capture IR codes using this app?
