Command line arguments

Sort-of continuation of #26 (which will be closed).

There are presently a few standard command line arguments to IrScrutinizer:

$ irscrutinizer --help
Usage: IrScrutinizer [options] Arguments to the program
  Options:
    -H, --home, --applicationhome, --apphome
      Set application home (where files are located)
    -h, --help, -?
      Display help message
      Default: false
    -l, --loglevel
      Log level { OFF, SEVERE, WARNING, INFO, CONFIG, FINE, FINER, FINEST, ALL 
      } 
      Default: WARNING
    --nuke-properties
      Get rid of present properties file
      Default: false
    -p, --properties
      Pathname of properties file
    -v, --verbose
      Have some commands executed verbosely
      Default: false
    -V, --version
      Display version information
      Default: false

I had planned to make an elaborate command line interface (#26), but came to the conclusion that it is not really a good idea. From #26:

Use cases that should be covered

1. Superset of the harchardware.Main.main()-commands (presently broken IIRC). For example,
2. Send a certain signal (rendered or raw) to supported hardware
3. Capture signal from hardware
4. Import file/url/directory (already working as command line argument), and export as some other file format.
5. Render a set of signal using the "wildcard" stuff, and exporting,

1. I planned to duplicate the CLI functionallity of harchardware.Main.main() (which is really a lot, and it works well now), but now I do not think that it would add any value to the collected project. It would make the output of irscrutinizer --help awfully long, thus confusing.
2. Contained in harchardware.
3. Ditto.
4. Import implemented since a long time ago, export would be do-able but right now I doubt that the benefit overweights the effort.
5. This would be nice, but I think it would be better to enhance IrpTransmogrifier. (This is outlined in Render: generate multiple signals using valuesets IrpTransmogrifier#252, see also Render: support Girr output format IrpTransmogrifier#251.)

So I ask the community: Comments? Any particular use case that should be possible from the command line?
