I think the docker images for java projects have questionable tags?

Afaik tags are labels, mostly distinguishing between 'variants' or 'versions' of more or less the same thing.

But this is a typical docker url now:

917951871879.dkr.ecr.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/servicelayer-clearance-wfm:servicelayer-clearance-wfm-app-0.1-SNAPSHOT-0e4754c

Hence the tag is 'servicelayer-clearance-wfm-app-0.1-SNAPSHOT-0e4754c'. This is odd.

The tag should be '0.1-SNAPSHOT' imho. And perhaps also 'latest', I also think that adding sha's is superflouous. Version management is done in maven, and if that is no good, it should be fixed there, and the docker image could simply follow,
