Add a way to re-order pages

Authors should be able to reorder pages easily.

I'm almost done. The saving of the new position in the database does not happen:

I checked that the requests parameters do land correctly.
No idea why this is failing... No error printed and request returns 200

clearing the cache worked.

Seems to work sometimes, not always... perhaps due to the original value being 0 for all rows ?

ok, the incoherent behaviour was due to the data in the database - all set to 0, which confused the sorting algorithm. Fixed by manually encoding the value in the db.
