Problem Description
In order to Figure out where the well licensing information is coming from, we need to figure out if it is coming from an eLicensing system. This is based on the curiosity of the SO.

• find where the the licensing information is being pulled from.

• Discovered where the eLicensing is coming from

Additional Context

• Appears to be about a 1-2 day delay after a well is licensed in eLicensing before it shown in GWELLS.

Confused why this is worth three story points but timeboxed for half a day...

Here's what I found in half a day of research:

• Well licenses are stored in a table called well_licences in the gwells DB
• This table is populated via a command called import_licences and corresponds to a cron job called licences in the prod OpenShift
• From what I can tell, the data is fetched from https://j200.gov.bc.ca/ws/RestGWellsInterface/wells/
• That link is stored in a ConfigMap in the prod openshift called gwells-global-config-production
• The prod openshift also has secrets called gwells-e-licensing-production and gwells-e-licensing-secrets which have the same values and seem to be the username and password to access the url

I tried going to the https://j200.gov.bc.ca/ website, but it doesn't have a frontend.
