No support for unprotected_urls

In BCC Signon there was a filter admins could use to skip auth for certain urls.
The use case is the ical url which a calendar plugin generates automatically.

I just wonder if pages below /wp-admin` could be public by default.

For example: I probably did something wrong and and now I am locked out with this message:

It should be possible for admins to disable the plugin in such a case. This is not possible because the plugin protects all web pages. The only option to disable the plugin in such a case seems to be to disable the plugin via a database manipulation. Really ugly.
