multiline font-lock needed at many places #54
Description
Expected behavior
Syntactic elements with linebreaks are font-locked correctly if Asciidoctor allows linebreaks.
Actual behavior
The following is font-locked as normal text:
__That part
is italic__
Asciidoctor sets it italic.
