Set a default value for DETIK_CLIENT_NAME

The last release contains a bug.
If DETIK_CLIENT_NAME is not set, it does not work. By default, it should be DETIK_CLIENT_NAME="kubectl".

It's not new at all in fact.
But having a default value would help.
