Steps to cards are not saved

Hey!

I am currently experiencing this issue where I cannot save steps that I add to cards. It feels honestly pretty strange and I have no clue what it could be about. I am using the OSS version of Fizzy that I host on a VPS. I tried clearing my browser cache and also redeployed fizzy using kamal deploy from the project directory on my computer.

I am not sure how to replicate this because it happened just now when I was reorganizing my cards and editing a bunch of them. It went well for about 20 minutes and then I couldn't save any step items to any card anymore. :-(

Other edits are saved fine, like editing the title and the description. On the iPad the problem seems to occur as well.

Here are the logs.txt. I don't understand much but it seems like things are deleted after I save them?
