Feature request: Virtual/Placeholder Users for Task Assignments

Currently, card assignments require a user account in the system. Would be great if this restriction is flexed a little bit.

Use cases:

• Assigning tasks to future employees before they join. Example: "Sarah (starts Jan 15)" - onboarding tasks waiting before she joins
• Creating read-only assignees (contractors, external collaborators) - "Mike (Contractor, Q1)" - external work tracked in one place
• Assigning to roles/positions rather than specific people - "Week 3 On-Call Lead" - rotating responsibility without adding each user.
• Family members - "AG - Piano homework" - Keep track of kids homework or chores

Bonus
When a virtual user later joins the system, their assignments could automatically link to their real account.
