Broken images on MacOS

In the cards/comments attached images are shown while editing. However, they are shown as broken (see image below) once cards/comments are saved. The problem is missing the vibs package. Currently the bin/setup command only installs libvips for Arch Linux (pacman). To mitiagte the issue. one needs to run, brew install vips.

We should update the bin/setup command to install vips for Mac.
