The "bin/setup" command assumes that "mise" is installed

bin/setup: line 41: mise: command not found

The ideal behaviour of this command shouldn't assume that mise is installed and should install it automatically if missing.

I installed mice manually, but the bin/setup command has assumptions other tools are installed:

Hey @hossammourad & @milos-dukic I've opened #1843 which will install mise or gh, if you don't have them installed, when you run bin/setup. Hope that resolves your problem.
