Add support for specifying default values using `sh:defaultValue`

If sh:defaultValue is specified for a SHACL property shape, use it as default value for the record field it is mapped onto. A default value can be specified in the l/record-schema field vectors:

default-value: Optional. The default data value for this field. Only :required fields can have default values.
