Not working in Xaminals

I have took reference of Xaminals application for one my assignment and tried to shift hamburger menu to right side but not working.

I have made two changes.
1. Added  below code in Main Activity.cs
  Window.DecorView.LayoutDirection = LayoutDirection.Rtl;
2. Added below code in AndroidManifest file
<application android:label="MyApp.Android" android:supportsRtl="true"></application>
