User-Friendly Dashboard Launch #82

Description

@rcastle1

What do you want to change?
One suggestion I have would be to make there be a way for a regular non-CS person to use the dashboard. Particularly for running one-off tests (leak checking pneumatics) and what not or reviewing data from a run in the GUI. Getting it set up on Falcon or Dragon in MEHQ and the Badgerloop laptop. It's a pretty cool tool and we should use it more!

Why make that change?
More use of the dashboard, the easier it would be to find bugs and less difficult it would be to set up one-off tests that usually kill controls / embedded people's time during the school year.

Describe alternatives you've considered
What we do now is basically write to a text file in terminal via >> or just not really record data from our testing, which isn't that great.
