Add `sso-session` and more support for the AWS Config file(Not with the credentials file)

Add AWS SSO(Identity Center) and Legacy SSO that uses a cached token and generate temporary credentials for a given project and role.

I am willing to take a go at this, but before I do I am curious how the community feels about doing this and if there are any known limitations to do this that might require more effort.
