Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like to see a feature where you can do stuff like currency conversions, weight conversions, time conversions etc. like most normie search engines have. So i (and probably others) don't need to switch search engine to do this stuff or don't instead need to rely on some sketchy JS site.

Describe the solution you'd like
A "widget" at the top of the result page that allows you to convert said data into another value of that data
Some of the types of data i would like to be able to to this with is:

• Timezones
• Weight
• Currency (regular and crypto)
• Length
• Temperature
• Speed
• Volume (gallons to liters etc.)
• Time Zones
• Language Translation

Using alternate search engines to fulfill these tasks.

That's a good idea. I will note this and start working on it once I'm done trying to add support for docker as it's taking up my time. Thanks.
