Linux font / UI scaling...

Hi, first off, this is a pretty exciting tool you've released. Much appreciated!

I'm running it in Linux/Ubuntu 18.04 / R2020a and I have a couple UI "issues":

1. font appears quite large (vs. OS default)
2. plot area doesn't scale properly as window size is changed
