currently we just direct to the “All tagged images of …” page.
GitHub doesn’t provide an easy “Show just this tag” filter to the container packages.
In order to determine the precise link to an exact tagged image, we will have to probably either scrape the “All tagged images” page -or- use the Packages API to determine the upload id/ts that’s prefixing the image tag in the GH UI.
