doubt about the dataset

Hi asolbas, thanks for you amazing work, I came across your work and planning to implement it. We have got access to the ADNI dataset from college but I am unable to find the specific dataset used in the source code.
Can you share the exact dataset in ADNI?
I would be extremely thankful if you can help with this.

Hello!

I have used several ADNI datasets throughout the project. All of them are available at the Image & Data Archive (IDA) of the Laboratory of Neuro Imaging (LONI) upon request.

Although if you are referring to the genetic cluster's one, I'am afraid this one is a result of implenting an unsupervised machine learning algorithm as part of another project of our research group and i cannot share it.

Regarding the ADNI datasets I have used:

• Neuropsychological assessments: Neuropsychological Battery [ADNI1,GO,2,3], Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) [ADNIGO,2,3], Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) [ADNI1,GO,2,3] , and Alzheimer's Disease Assessment Scale (ADAS) [ADNIGO,2,3]
• Study Info: ADNIMERGE - Key ADNI tables merged into one table - Dictionary [ADNI1,GO,2,3]

I have also created some metadata files classifying cognitive tests from the assessments used in the study into cognitive domains, that I will upload now to the repository.
