Remove customized adhoc loading for SSL certificates from docker-entrypoint.sh

The docker-entrypoint.sh has a functionality to load a SSL certificate adhoc from a vault during the boot time of the LDAP-Crowd-Adapter. This functionality is custom specific and will no longer be used.

Please remove it.
