decompose nested or transformed components in *all* fonts of a designspace

I just faced a situation in which using ufo2ft filters to flattenComponenets and Decompose Transformed Components were producing fonts that cu2qu found incompatible. Once I removed the filters, the fonts built.

However, those filters are important in getting fonts to work well in print. So, VFP should catch this scenario and deal with it.
