Project lacks a proper Readme

This project grows really fast, but it still doesn't have a proper readme file.
Could you explain what is the intention, how to use it etc?

Dude. Hello!!! :)
Thank you for your first issue.

It's not ready for prime time at all. Right now it is a junkyard.
I am taking care of it in my off-time.

Don't expect anything valuable coming from it, for some time.

The intention is to have performance oriented (execution speed, memory consumption, GCs, data locality) high quality C# utility library.

I wish I will be able to make couple of blog posts explaining the features one-by-one.
But only after, they are at acceptable level of implementation, tests and benchmarks.

We will see how far I am willing to go with it.

If you're interested I'd like to help writing benchmarks. Just create few issues including what should be tested in comparison to what :)
