chore: Remove unnecessary "extern crate criterion"

This pattern happens quite a few times in the benchmark code, and it is no longer necessary in modern editions of Rust. This is often coupled with `#[macro_use]`, so removing this legacy pattern cleans up the namespace of the file using the crate.
