CIDR field not marked as required

problem

For creating a VPC the CIDR as parameter is required. The GUI does not show that's required.
You will get an error if you don't enter it.

It looks like this:

This is the error you will get by not entering it:

Required fields (if not filled) don't even allow you to click the OK button.

The steps to reproduce the bug

1. Click Add VPC
2. Give that a name
3. click OK without giving a CIDR
   ...
