Can Not Edit Compute Offerings via UI

The form to Edit a Compute Offering does not load.

The steps to reproduce the bug

1. Navigate to Service offerings -> Compute offerings
2. Click on the kebab menu to edit the compute offering
3. Check the edition form

What to do about it?

Edit form should load

I could not reproduce this with a main branch env,

4.21 is not out yet

I'm able to reproduce this on the latest main. I've cleaned the browser cache and tried with a private browser
