Support setting Matches in packet-out message in OF1.5

By now, the packet-out message only supports setting in_port field in ofnet. According to the spec of OpenFlow1.5, the packet-out message is expected to support setting other match fields except for packet fields. Since OF1.5 is supported in ofnet, other match conditions are expected to support in the message.
