Any local MCP server configured in opencode.json fails with "Operation timed out after 30000ms" on Windows.

2. Start OpenCode
3. The MCP server simply never connects.

1. Configure the MCP server (specifically taskmaster in this case) directly in .config/opencode/opencode.json
