interrupt not working

Description

when i press esc in the latest opencode version the esc isn't terminating the session inference.

1.2.10

Steps to reproduce

1. start a session
2. clone a c++ repository
3. ask cli to build it
4. lags a lot.
5. ESC
6. press again to interrupt
7. ES
8. nothing happens.
