Dynamo 2.5.1: Installation returns "Empty path name is not legal." Error: "2.1.1."

Describe the bug
I get the following when installing DynaMonito from the package manager:

Steps to Reproduce
Search the DynaMonito's latest version in the Package Manager for Dynamo Core 2.5.1

My setup

• Operating System: Windows 10 latest build
• Dynamo version: 2.5.1 DynamoSandbox/DynamoCore
• DynaMonito version: 2.1.1

• My installed version of DynaMonito matches the Dynamo version it's installed for
• I do not have multiple versions of DynaMonito installed for one Dynamo version (only applies to 2.x version where you could have one version from the package manager and another built from source installed side-by-side)
