update script fails at multiple points

Using Ubuntu 16.04, the update script failed complaining that "-v" is not a valid option to sshpass. Once"-v" is removed, the wait for reset failed using 10 seconds. I increased to 20 seconds and it worked well.

What version of ssppass is on Ubuntu? I tested/developed it on Debian - and it worked fine.

It was added 30June2016 https://sourceforge.net/p/sshpass/code/57/
So, while it made it into Debian testing - it's not in the other distributions.

I will take it out.
