⚙️spec: Add MDC cursorrules #3

@evolvewithevan

Description

@evolvewithevan

Add example .mdc cursor rules to the Gitcord server template repo to demonstrate how cursor-based syncing works.

Cursor rules provide a way for users to control how Gitcord applies changes to server configuration (channels, roles, etc) in a smart, context-aware manner.

Tasks

  • Create a /cursorrules/ directory at the root
  • Add the following files with comments:
    • channel_order.mdc
    • category_assignment.mdc
  • Add a README section explaining what .mdc rules are and how to edit them safely
  • Link to Gitcord parser documentation (once available)

Goal

Make the template repo forkable with sane, working cursor rules out-of-the-box so that users can understand and tweak sync behavior without touching the bot code.
