Fiona compatibility/absence consideration #31
Description
Currently, we check fiona.supported_drivers to see if we can use modern file formats like FlatGeobuf and Geopackage.
Geopandas can also use the faster pyogrio package. This is when we get the warning that pyogrio doesn't support the driver keyword.
Technically, we don't need to depend on Fiona for newer versions and should use pyogrio if we can. Maybe we should treat this better in the init of DGGRIDv7 and/or DGGRIDv8 classes?
