Setting Up Dashboard Remotely #18

I am trying to setup the docker version of this tool remotely on another server. My current setup done on the Synology NAS works fine, but I would like to reduce load on my NAS and offload everything to a separate server (app server).
When I setup the docker container on my app server, grafana loads and I am able to import the dashboard, but there is no data shown. I understand that I somehow need to redirect the SNMP data to the app server. How do I do this?
