Make certain data sources optional

There are usually multiple sources that data requested by Zune could come from. For example, chart data can come from ListenBrainz, Last.fm, or Apple Music. It would be ideal for the Catalog controllers to gracefully fall back when the primary source is unavailable (say, when an API key for that source wasn't provided).
