Hello, the SF2400 supports ZenSDK and Zendure-HA. You can install the latest firmware via the Zendure app.

Regarding Hyper2000, ZenSDK is not currently supported.

I and many others have been waiting for this feature for the Hyper for a very long time.

At the moment, this feature is not supported on the Hyper 2000, and unfortunately, it’s unlikely to be available in the future. This is because the connectivity module used in Hyper 2000 was not developed by our team, so we currently don’t have the ability to extend its firmware for new features.

We completely understand this may be disappointing — especially given how long you and others have been waiting for it. Your feedback is truly appreciated, and we’ve shared it with the relevant teams for future product planning.

As an alternative, we recommend checking out our 2025 new models, such as SF800, SF800 Pro, or SF2400AC, which fully support this feature and more.

If you would like to control your Hyper 2000 remotely, another option is to use Zendure Home Assistant (HA) via cloud integration — this allows you to manage it alongside other devices through a unified platform.

Sadly, in Belgium only the Hyper2000 is currently legal to use, being the only Zendure device on Synergrid's list of approved plug&play devices so far.

So I hope a solution can still be found for the Hyper2000 without reliance on a cloud connection.

I would also like to comment on this: I have two hypers and I too, would like to have local control over my hypers, as the connection over the cloud is spotty at times and not as fast as a local connection which is needed for a true 0-integration.
If your team is not responsible for the Hyper, then please reach out to the other team. I know budgets can be tight sometimes, but leaving the hyper out of this feature reflects poorly on Zendure as a brand and what you save now, you will loose later as I for sure will not buy another Zendure device if you cannot make it happen for the Hyper - the trust is just gone…

Or alternatively make it open source.

I'm also surprised to hear that this feature is not supported by the hyper unit. To have a local access to the unit via such an api would be very helpful.

thank you for taking this up.
I also see the option for direct control as a major step forward in terms of controllability. Fast response times and high reliability are essential for the tight integration of such a versatile component that influences the energy flow in a household 24/7. For this reason, it should not depend on an unstable internet connection or on servers that might be unavailable.
