prodigal gff ID data rename

Description of feature

In DRAM1, the prodigal gff output ID column data was renamed from the default 1_1, 1_2, etc. To the SeqID_Gene#. This is more useful to users, especially if they or we concatenate all the GFFs. We should do that automatically like in DRAM1.

If we do it in bash directly after calling prodigal, it will be much faster than the original python implementation.
