APK package error

Apk format could not be read. Unsupported file. Cannot install it, get this same error each time. VPN on or off, same result.it used to work fine before.

I was able to resolve the APK PACKAGE error. But now my vallet only shows coins acquired before a specific date, but not the newer ones. It say it is all sinced though.
