Update example Thing Description to use WoT Thing Description format

The example Thing Description shown on the Capability Schemas web page uses Mozilla's legacy Web Thing Description format.

At least after WebThings Gateway 2.0 is released using the WoT Thing Description 1.1 format we should update this example.
