update matrix element generation files

Some of the .m files are outdated compared to the version of WallGoMatrix on https://github.com/Wall-Go/WallGoMatrix/pull/34
They should be updated, otherwise matrix element generation does not work.

I am updating the Standard Model and the Inert Doublet Model already on these branches:
