ADF format not updated

While using this functionality, I found a few missing pieces to use it for latest ambf:
- Collision type -> collision mesh type 
- Location is not converted from URDF
- Ordering is not conventional (rpy)

I will also try to make a pull request when I have the time to work on this, but I am opening this issue to remind myself.
