Hello, scLink is great package. But I am wondering which value can I use to generate the gene regulatiion network? Thanks

Hi Jihong, You can use the sclink_net function if you want to get the sparse network constructed by scLink. If you prefer the co-expression network (which is not sparse), you can use the `sclink_cor' function to get the gene-gene matrix of scLink's robust correlation.
