requirements.txt is missing #28
Description
I followed all the steps to install it and it says after using the command "pip install -r requirements.txt":
ERROR: Could not open requirements file: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: requirements.txt
I tried to find requirements.txt also on the extracted files, but I couldn't find it.
