Clarification for fulfillments & fulfillmentDocuments

1. If individual pricing is provided in offers (e.g. one admission offer part for each passenger), can the fulfillment be collective (i.e. one ticket for all passengers)?

• Also, vice versa, if there is a collective price provided in offers for all passengers, can there be multiple fulfillments per each passenger?
• The structure allows mixing. I have come across multiple variations.
• Is there a governing principle that individual offer should lead to an individual fulfillment or is it up to interpretation?

2. fulfillmentDocuments are child objects of fulfillments. How can we provide one common PDF document for all passengers if there are several individual fulfillments (one for each passenger) in the booking?

• The same question goes for cases where multiple collective fulfillments are in the booking (e.g. where each leg of the journey requires a separate ticket).
• The number of documents returned in a booking if fulfillments are per pax per leg can be excessive instead of just one PDF combining all fulfillments .
• Is there way to provide a combined PDF? Did I miss it?
